Complaint Resolution Process

 Step 1: Acknowledgement

Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

Complaints are assessed to determine the type and severity of the issue.

High-priority cases (e.g., terrorism-related or child exploitation material) will be escalated immediately for urgent review.

Step 3: Investigation

Our Content Moderation Team will review the reported content, referencing relevant laws and our Terms and Conditions.

We may consult external legal or law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Step 4: Resolution

Illegal content: Swift removal or restriction of the content within 2 working days of validation.  Users may be banned from using the Boop Platform.

User appeals: If the content owner disputes our action, they can submit an appeal within 7 days. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior team member.

Step 5: Communication

We will inform the complainant of the outcome of their report or appeal within 5 business days.

If action is taken, we will provide transparency regarding the steps we have taken and any rights of appeal.

Step 6: Continuous Improvement

Complaints are recorded and periodically reviewed to improve our processes, technology, and response times.
